Duncan ist nicht nur der Liebling unseres Enkels Iyana, er hat auch Katja und Frank in seinen Bann geschlagen. Sie waren die ersten, die die Welpen besuchen dürften. Es ist noch nicht lange her, dass ihr SamWise, ein Bruder von unserer Jette gestorben war. Wir alle finden es tröstend und schön, dass nun ein ein Kind von Zilly zu ihrem Bruder ziehen wird!
Es war spannend, Katja und Frank an der Welpenkiste zu beobachten. Die Welpen waren noch so klein – und es ist schwer, so früh auszusuchen. Als sie wieder nach Hause fuhren, versprachen, sie sich bald ihre Entscheidung zu vermelden. Ich schmunzele in solchen Situationen meist leise. Auch diesmal war die Entscheidung keine Überraschung für mich. Und so bekam dann Elmo den Namen Duncan, den Katja und Frank sich schon im Vorfeld überlegt hatten. Nun geht es erst mal für Katja, Frank und Raven in den Urlaub und dann dauert es nicht mehr lange, bis Duncan zu ihnen zieht! Habt einen schönen Urlaub!

Ja, eigentlich hätte ich dir gleich sagen können, welcher der süßen Welpen mein Herz erobert hat. Duncan war es von Anfang an. Wir freuen uns riesig auf den Familienzuwachs 🫶. Und Raven wartet auch schon sehnsüchtig auf seinen kleinen Neffen.
Wir können es kaum erwarten, ihn mit nach Haude zu nehmen.
